Q: How much does a custom kart sticker kit cost?
Custom kart graphics and sticker kits start from $430 (AUD) including design. A kit includes Nassau, Front bumper, Side Pods plus a rear number panel.
Q: How will I know if the custom kart stickers will fit my kart?
Each of the plastics of your kart feature a CIK FIA code and every one of them (Nassau, Front bumper, Side Pods & Rear Bumper) are different. They're located on the underside of the plastics.
Q: Do I approve the design before printing?
Absolutely! We go back and forth until you're happy with the design before we proceed with printing you custom kart stickers.
Q: Can I include sponsor logos on my kart graphics ?
Yes you can! The best logo files you can supply are called VECTOR FILES. These are scalable to any size and are .eps / .ai / .svg files. PLEASE NOTE that you cannot just change the name of a file. You need file conversion software.

Q: How long will my custom kart graphics order take?
As our designs are customised to you, they take a little longer than our pre-made designs. Depending on the time of year, these can take a couple of days to 7-10 working days. If you need your kit for an event, birthday gift etc, please let us know and we'll do our best to achieve your request.
Q: Can I replace damaged panels?
Yes you can. Each of the damaged panels can be re-ordered individually, starting at $60.
Q: Which finish should I choose?
We have a range or either premium gloss, premium matt or holographic gloss glitter heavy duty laminates. All look amazing and depending on your taste.
Gloss and Holographic Glitter Laminate are the easiest to keep clean and maintain.
We do not produce kits with light weight laminate. In racing conditions, those laminates literally tear apart upon contact with other karts and are single use only.
Our premium laminates are manufactured to endure heavy situations. We have products available to reduce tyre rubber and scuffing (all depending on the intensity of contact).
Q: Do you offer refunds?
As all of our designs are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or refunds.
Our processes are in place to your requests and designed accordingly. We liaise back and forth during the design phase until you're happy.
Should you be unhappy with our final work once received, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure a suitable replacement is provided to you free of charge. We may also provide credit notes on occasions if need be.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE: For Kart Parts and Sticker kits, please ensure the correct Plastics numbers are provided to us so we can produce the appropriately sized item for installation. Please contact us if you are unsure about any plastics and we are happy to guide you through and help you.

Yes, we offer a quality guarantee for all of our products. If you are not satisfied with the product or find any damages, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the issue and provide a replacement to ensure your satisfaction.
