Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

All of our designs are custom made based on your requirements.  We will always ask for your approval once the design and artwork is complete and prior to printing, laminating and dispatch.  This is to ensure the accuracy of the work and that the creative and specifications are in line with your requests. 

However should you receive your item and are unhappy with the final product once received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will work with you to ensure a suitable replacement is provided to you free of charge.  

AN IMPORTANT NOTE:  For Kart Parts and Sticker kits, please ensure the correct Plastics numbers are provided to us so we can produce the appropriately sized specifications for your product for installation.  Please contact us if you are unsure about any plastics and we are happy to guide you through and help you.

When ordering Custom Designed Apparel, it is imperative you double check your sizing using the charts provided so we can ensure the correct size is provided for you.  It is advised not to use any other sizing charts or assume sizing as both sizing and quality of materials may vary between manufacturers.

Kart Wraps will not be held liable if you have provided us with the wrong specifications or you haven’t picked up errors at the final approval stage.  If this does occur, we will be happy to complete another order for you to the revised specifications.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

If you receive defective or damaged goods, make sure to reach out to us and send us a video or photo as soon as possible so we can work to resolve it for you.

Refunds 

As our designs are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds so please ensure you are happy to proceed when placing an order and you have all of the right information and specifications to provide us.  Should you be unhappy with our final work once received, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure a suitable outcome.   We are happy to offer credit notes if need be.
